Why choose Timpest
Since 1970 we have formulated specific wood-protection products, authorised under European regulations, effective against woodworm, larvae and fungi without damaging surfaces.
The woodworm problem
Woodworm bore into wood from the inside: the larvae create invisible tunnels that undermine its structure. Knowing them is the first step to fighting them.
Our story
Timpest was born in 1970 from Mario Mazzoni’s vision: choosing wood conservation over waste. Ever since, research and expertise at the service of wood.
