Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This privacy notice describes how the personal data of users who browse the website www.timpest.com and interact with the services available on it — in particular the contact form — are processed. This notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Mazzoni Mario Eredi S.r.l., with registered office at Via Isonzo n. 28, 34070 Mossa (GO), Italy — VAT no. IT00039490313.

For any request concerning the processing of personal data, you may write to info@timpest.com.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form on the website we collect the data that the user provides voluntarily when filling it in:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • company name, where applicable;
  • type of enquiry (distributor, company, private individual or other);
  • content of the message.

We also collect, automatically and solely for the technical functioning of the website, the browsing data typical of internet communication protocols (for example the IP address), processed in aggregate form and for the time strictly necessary to ensure the correct functioning and security of the website.

3. Why we process the data and on what legal basis

The data collected through the form are processed in order to respond to the user’s requests: answering questions, providing commercial or technical information, and assessing collaboration opportunities. The legal basis is the response to a request from the data subject and the possible performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), together with the consent given by the user upon submission (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Providing the data is optional, but failure to provide the data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to follow up on the request.

4. How we process the data and to whom they may be disclosed

The data are processed using IT and electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and with measures suitable to ensure their security and confidentiality.

Requests sent through the form are delivered to the company mailboxes and handled by authorised internal staff. The company email service is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace), acting as data processor. The technical management of the website is entrusted to trusted providers, likewise appointed as data processors where required.

The data are neither disseminated nor transferred to third parties for purposes other than those indicated. They may be disclosed to public authorities only in the cases provided for by law.

5. How long we keep the data

The data provided through the form are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and to follow up on any commercial contacts that may arise from it, and thereafter for the time required by legal obligations. Once those periods have elapsed, the data are deleted or made anonymous.

6. Transfer of data outside the European Union

The data are processed within the European Union. Some service providers, although operating with infrastructure in the EU, belong to groups based in the United States: in such cases the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

7. The user’s rights

The user may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of the consent given (without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, it is sufficient to write to info@timpest.com. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). If the user resides in another EU Member State, they may alternatively lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their country of residence.

8. Cookies

The website uses only the technical cookies necessary for its operation, for which no consent is required. Should traffic measurement tools or other non-technical cookies be introduced, a specific Cookie Policy will be published and the user’s consent will be requested in accordance with the applicable legislation.

9. Changes to this notice

The controller reserves the right to update this notice to bring it into line with subsequent legislative changes or with the services offered by the website. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
