Solvent-Based Woodworm Treatment
Solvent-based woodworm treatment for curative and preventive wood protection
Timpest solvent-based woodworm treatment is the brand’s heritage product: after years of research, it continues to protect wood from woodworm, with a curative and preventive treatment valued by trade professionals and end users alike.
Formulated with a high-flash-point solvent, it is not classified as flammable — an advantage for safety during application and storage compared with traditional solvent-based woodworm products.

Applications and surfaces
Furniture, beams, floors, fixtures and raw wood intended for manufacturing; suitable for any indoor wooden item. Valued by carpenters, restorers, antique dealers, furniture makers, parquet layers and construction firms, yet easy to use also for private individuals who want to protect their own wooden objects.
Directions for use
Apply by brush, immersion, spray or nozzle onto clean, dry surfaces. Distribute evenly: it is absorbed deep into the wood, eliminates woodworm and preserves the timber. Allow to dry. On previously varnished, lacquered or waxed wood, remove film-forming layers before application: they prevent absorption and reduce effectiveness. Use as supplied, without dilution. Coverage: 1000 ml for 5 m². The gas-free dispenser version is ideal for injecting into cracks, splits, holes and crevices.
